Fast50s Shipping & Returns

Q: General shipping notes:

- UPS Ground: 2 to 6 business days (depending on geographic location) plus (up to) 72 hours processing time. We generally have orders out FAST as we get them, but there is that chance we are backed up. Fast50s is located in East Tennessee for shipping zones reference.
- UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days plus processing time. 
- UPS Next Day: 1 business day plus processing time.
- UPS shipping to PO Boxes will be only available with the SurePost shipping option.
- No Delivery and/or Order Processing on Sunday or National Holidays.
- Orders may require up to 72 hours processing time before being handed off to a shipping carrier.
- Fast50s does not guarantee same day shipping.
- Fast50s does not guarantee items to be in stock all the time.
- Fast50s will call and/or e-mail the customer regarding any item that is on backorder

Q: I bought a few parts that I thought would work with my Chinese replica, or My kid just ordered too much and I need to return it...

Again, please call Fast50s to discuss any issues like this. In some cases we will accept returns. You will need to call us at 833-FAST50S and receive an RA#. There will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee for any returns or exchanges.

Q: Does FAST50s offer free shipping?

Fast50s offers our high quality parts for the lowest prices possible.

We could give you free shipping, but we would have to charge you more for our parts, and that's no good.

Q: Do you ship FedEx?

We do not - we are sorry. UPS and USPS only.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes! We do ship outside of the USA. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order and country.


Fast50s FAQ's

Q: I can purchase a chinese knockoff for a little less money, which of these do you prefer?

Unfortunately - not a one. Fast50s does not and will not trash talk any other company but we will give you several reasons why we don't recommend knockoffs. First, as anyone will tell you, the Honda engine is "bullet proof". You will get much more time on a Honda engine! Damage to any Honda engine can be fixed quite easily and readily. Break something in your knock off and see how long it takes to get replacement parts - and that's if you can find them!

Knockoffs are generally cheaper because they are made cheaper and often with lower quality materials. Bottom line is that you only get what you pay for. We have tested these bikes and broken many parts in minutes of riding. You then have a bucket of bolts and unreplaceable parts.. We would not even put these bolts on our minis.

Another problem you will find is other after market parts. Fast50s replacement parts will not necessarily fit on your knockoff. When you decide you want some better suspension like the Fast50s Speed Forks, Billet Wheels, or a rear hand brake kit, well, they may or may not fit. Some stuff fit's no problem, but some does not. We test fit on a knockoff bike and it fits and then two bikes later it does not.

In conclusion - if you're just looking for a ride to check the mail box every day and safety is no issue to you then save a few dollars and buy a knockoff. If you're in it for the fun of banging bars with family and friends - If want to avoid being left on the side of the trail, track or worse, stay with high quality American made parts. You cannot go wrong with that. Fast50s.com is USA PROUD and you should be too!!

WE ARE "The ORIGINAL 50 Specialist" and we are here for your 4-stroke mini bike guys and gals specifically! We do not make parts to just fit the minis like some companies and are not just here to make a quick buck, we truly love the Honda 50's and all 4-stroke minis like you do. We do not make stuff that is going to fail, that is why some or our parts and services may take a little longer. We test and re-test to make sure you get all the best parts available on the planet!! We only make the stuff you want and need!! And, we make it all proudly in the USA!!

Q: Hey FAST50s I just bought a 50 from my local dealer, what should I do forst to get my 50 going, and to make my fat butt fit on it? I am 180Lbs.

Hey that is simple, just start off with our bar clamp/billet throttle/ and bar set with "Free" bar pad or the complete kit that comes with longer cables, grips, and kill switch. This makes for fit for anyone over 60 lbs., and it will make the 50 and other 4-Stroke Minis a lot more fun to ride.

It doesn't matter how fast your mini runs or how good it looks if it isn't comfortable. We always recommend a skid plate to protect the engine. New cases are extremely expensive.

Suspension would be next. Purchase some aggressive springs for the front and rear or look at higher quality suspension like our Works Performance Shock and Speed Forks.

After that just take a peek in our PARTS section and decide what parts will be the next thing you need or want. Engine mods and appearance (to set your bike aside of the other) will usually be next.

Other stock parts may need replacing after some abuse by larger riders. For example, bent fork legs or rims and spokes. Build it up quick or take your time and buy parts as you desire.

Remember this, your Fast50s bike will be one of your most prized possessions so you will most likely keep it for your whole life (you may buy a few more even). Because, not only you, but also your kids, now or in the future, can ride it too. So just get ready to have a lot of fun.

Q: Does the FAST50s Bar Clamp/Throttle/Handlebar kit for the 50, need a new brake and throttle cable? Also what do I do with the Kill Switch?

No not at all, you CAN in fact use the stock cables. The longer aftermarket cable we make IS THE WAY to go of course, but just re-routing the stock cables can be a less expensive way to go. The way to do it is to take the brake cable out of the loop on the front forks across the front number plate, since that loop breaks usually the first tip over anyway. The throttle cable is to be re-routed from the left side of the frame (while on your 50) to the right side of the frame. If you want a longer cable, we do offer a 3-nch longer brake and 2-inch longer throttle cable with billet carb cap (available for either the stock 13mm carb or the aftermarket 17mm one we sell). On the kill switch you can just unplug the OEM one from the stock Honda wiring harness. Most big guys when racing with their buddies try to turn the kill switch off (hence most guys DO NOT WANT a kill button) At that point the run the stock 50 key as a switch. But if you want one when you place your order just let us know and we will sell you one. You may also purchase our complete bar kit (WHICH again IS THE WAY to go). Our kit includes everything you need - bar, billet clamp, billet (not plastic) throttle, kill switch, Oury grips, bar pad, and cables!

Q: Does FAST50s warranty their parts?

Fast50s stands behind their products 100%! We rarely have a need to warranty products. If there is a case of product defect, please call us at 833-FAST50S to discuss any possible returns. If any part is damaged due to OUR assembly, we will happily help with a solution. You will need an RA # to send any part back to us for inspection or return. To obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#), please contact us for one. If the package is received without an RA#, the item may be rejected and returned to sender.

Q: Does FAST50s sponsor riders or give any "Deals"? (Cuz your parts are the best!)

Fast50s does not have an actual person here running a rider support program, but we do have a race team and a some test riders. Fast50s wants to give you ALL the "Best Deals" but we have only so many deals to give out. These are kept for the guys and or gals that help Fast50s. (For example: IF you... no matter who you are, or what you're riding level may be... are promoting our fine line of parts and people are buying OUR parts because of you, you're sponsored). At that point we'll have to help you out for sure. SO make sure when you buddies are buying stuff from us, they tell us they heard about us from you. The more you do for us, the more we can do for you. Help us help you!! Thank you for your support!!

Q: Does FAST50s make complete bikes ready to go?

Yes we can build any custom bike. Our base bike starts at $2299.95 This includes a stock Honda crf50 with the following Fast50s parts:

  1. 1) Fast50s Complete Bar Kit (Bar, Bar Pad, Billet throttle, Clamp, Grips, Kill Switch, 2" longer brake cable, and 2" longer throttle cable).
  2. 2) Choice of Fast50s graphics
  3. 3) Fast50s Skid plate
  4. 4) Fast50s seat cover

Give us a call and let us know what other parts you need on your fully custom bike!! Fast50s can also build more custom "one off" bikes that people have never seen before. We can do whatever you're in need of.

Our sales staff can tell you the pricing. There is a two week assembly period to build most custom bikes. Special "one off" projects may require more time.

Q: Does FAST50s make a frame that is better than my mild steel frame?

Yes! Most definitely. Fast50s has tried many different options for our frames. The welded aluminum frame route bent far too easily under our test rider's constant abuse. Our quality control department would not allow us to mass-produce any of these. We now have two options for our frame assemblies. One is a 4130 Chromoly frame and swingarm combo that is a legitimate 5 times stronger than that stock (bend like butter) mild steel frame. The other option is a frame carved out of a chunk of aluminum. BILLET FRAMES for the 50's, 70's and 110's. Yes, you read that right Billet! Both frames are not only stronger than your stocker, but give a more balance feel with being more rigid of a ride with less flex. You would notice this more trying to go back to a stock frame because the stock frame twists while riding it - more than you'd think.

Q: Can you send me some free FAST50s "Original MiniBike specialist stickers"?

No problem... Stickers come standard with every Fast50s order shipped. If you prefer additional stickers than what come standard with each order, they are available on the website for purchase.

Q: Can I place an online order with FAST50s?

Yes, you can place your order via this website. We also have a friendly staff that is full of minibike knowledge. We are ready to help you with your order. Q: Can I pay with a check or money order?

Yes you may but it will delay your order. You must phone your orders in for this service. We will give you the total for the package including shipping. Once we receive the payment and it clears following deposit, then the order will be issued a tracking number with the preferred carrier.
