This 170cc Big Bore Kit will make your KLX140 waay more fun to ride by adding soo much needed horsepower
Also this kit is as large you can go without boring your cases, So it's a simple bolt on and go rip it up with your family and friends!!

Features:

     – Lightweight 63mm Aluminum cylinder with a steel sleeve
     – 63mm domed high compression piston w/ rings, wrist pin, & cir-clips (Pump gas 91+ is ok to run)
     – Head & Base gasket top end kit

Please see the kit options in the pull down menu to add a VM26 carb kit or High Performance Camshaft or both!

There are no installation instructions with this kit, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit.
If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum you should purchase a shop manual for your specific bike available from your local Kawasaki dealer. (The parts are installed in the same manner as the OEM parts)

Note: A good jetting baseline for the OEM carb is 1 size up on the pilot jet & 1 or 2 sizes up on the main jet
*Please note: The KLX140 cam bolts are reverse threads, turn them right / clockwise to loosen and remove (NOT the ole lefty loosey)
(Note: Arrow on piston top marks the intake exhaust flow / valve relief)
