This 143cc (60mm) big bore kit with NEW bolt on performance race camshaft has a new & improved profile. The camshaft opens up the valves more so the larger bore kit can breathe better resulting in even more power throughout the power curve!
You will not believe the difference this setup makes over the stock engine! The all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, which reduces friction (thus increasing power) and also improves sealing and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). The 60mm high compression domed piston (w/ a 10.9:1 compression ratio is still pump gas friendly) It comes with a generator gasket & a complete head gasket kit which sets this kit apart from other similarly priced 143cc kits out there. The new camshaft grind profile has years of R&D built into it too and the camshaft gains alone are about 20% over the stock bike throughout the entire RPM range. Most other cams take power off the bottom end pull to move it all up on top end. This camshaft is brand new unit and is NOT a hard welded re-grind that alot of companies offer these days. The cam includes a brand new set of TPI bearings that are made to OEM specifications.

This kit is super easy to install and the parts mount on just like your OEM parts.

Note – Bolt on kit for 2017-UP Kawasaki KLX110's & Z125s. Camshaft kit is for use with the stock cylinder head this is not a decompression cam like OEM, but will not affect starting. Fuel system tuning will be required for optimal performance and to avoid running lean. Our cam requires removal of the rear bearing for these model years.
