Heavy Duty suspension kit for the Kawasaki KLX140. If you need or want to stiffen up your 140, this is the kit for you. It increases the spring rate of the front forks and rear shock so you can ride like you mean it on your 140. This kit includes a DNM rear shock that has adjustable rebound and compression that is better suited for your needs at the local mini MX track or in your backyard SX track!

This kit works on both the 14” and the 16” rear wheel KLX140 R & L models.

The DNM Rear Shock is fully adjustable with compression and rebound, geared toward racing than the OEM shock!
The DNM shock uses a heavy 350 lbs spring that gives you a stiffer base so your suspension can handle you pushing it harder and further!
This shock works much better than the OEM unitand allows you to easily set your preferences with just a few clicks.
It has more travel at the rear wheel since the shock has a 14mm longer stroke than OEM

Once installed your 140 will work better for most any application. This works on all models, but we recommend you at least have HD fork springs if you use this rear shock (The from OEM fork Springs are very soft).
This rear shock offers huge value and performance compared to an OEM KLX140L shock that goes for over $350 at any dealer!

Installation Note – Please inspect your OEM shock bolts, linkage bolts, and bushings/bearings. If they are worn or bent your suspension will not function properly and it will cause excessive wear. Also be sure all linkage bolts stay torqued to spec. These are common issues we see that can easily be avoided, they ensure a smooth feel and long life out of your rear shock.

Fork Spring Set, Heavy Duty

Heavy Duty Fork Spring set for the Kawasaki KLX140 R & L! These are approximately 55% stiffer than the factory springs. They are also over 7″ longer, meaning you can omit the OEM fork Spring Spacer. These work great for both aggressive kids & adult riders.
They are in the "must have" department as the stock springs are very small and weak.

Installation note – Do not reuse the OEM fork spring spacer.
